P-XLS (65)
Epoxidized Soyabean oil : It is made from the epoxidation
of the natural Refined soyabean oil, a kind of
unsaturated triglycerides. It is a nontoxic auxillary with
good plasticizina and stabilizing effects, P-XLS(65) has the Iodine
value<3 & Oxygen Value>6, so it has got the approval of
FDA and USDA in the United States. The epoxy group can
enhance the solubiity of PVC and the compatibility of the Resin
and additives, therefore it can relax the resin molecular and achieve
the plasticizing effict. It can also stabilize the active chlorine,
absorb hydrochloric and which will omit from the light and thermo-degradation,
and then prevent PVC from continual decomposition. |
P-XL (55)
Epoxidized Soyabean oil: This is efficient plasticizer
cum stabilizer used for stabilization of PVC product and other chlorine
containing products. It imparts both heat and light stability, it
gives excellent stability when used with Ba-Cd, Ca-Zn, lead stabilizers,
alkaly tin, mercaptides due to synergistic effect. it is used in
all processing techniques such as Injection moulding, extrusion,
calendering, fabric coating, etc. |
P-L(45) Epoxidized Vegetable oil:
It is a Epoxidized vegetable oil finds major use as plasticizing and
stabilizing action in Polymeric materials such as PVC Resin and other
chloride contain thermoplastics and Chlorinated Parrafin Wax. it gives
good lubricity to vinyl compounds & increase rate of production
& also improve the properties of rigid compounds during calendering
& extrusion process. it is resistent to extraction by water and
hydrocarbons and is therefore suitable to migrate in finished articles. |

Characteristics
:
* It can be used in conjuction with all types of known PVC Stabilizers.
* Due to its low volatility, the use of it provides further economies
during processing. Laboratory will trial at 350ºC F (170.7ºC)
have shown that Dioctyl Phathalate loss value is as high as 16%
has been obtained after 30 minutes. Its loss during same process
is less than 1%.
* It is fully compatible with vinyl resin because they are based
on the Soyabean Oil that every one is able to use
them in high enough concentrations to take full advantage of the
available improvements in stability and plasticizing performance.
* Excellent resistance to aageing at elevated temperatures.
* Swastimoll has good resistance to extraction by oil.
* Compatibility on high humidity & high tempation exposure.
* Low Acid Value & Colour because of high refining.
* Non-toxic Material.
* It is an excellent colour stabilizer and chlorine scavenger for
CPW & Phosphate.
* It is recommended for use in PVC compoundss requiring low temperature
flexibility and resistance to petroleum oil extraction.
* P-XLS(65) has high oxirane oxygen content and low iodine value.
* P-XLS(65) has low volatility and low migration property. |
